I've lived in texas for 14 years and this is the first pizza I've eaten that put a yum on my tongue!! Born in Chicago and have really missed good pizza.thank you Giovanni's

Never really had a major issue with Giovanni's pizza, had more issues with other places that do deliveries in Argyle, as in Domion's and Pizza Hut. I have yet to have a bad pizza from them over the last 3 years.

Great food low cost

Getting my nails done thought I’m hungry . Right next door there a pizza place decided to get some pizza. Met a gentleman name Al who makes great pizza and the best cheesecake just tops it off . You can pick up or dine in which is nice to be able to relax with out rushing. Highly recommend

The pizza was good (but not great) but I felt gipped on the cannolis because of the small amount of filling.UPDATE: Pizza has been good the last few times and reasonably priced with the special offers so I'll up my rating to 4.

Pizza ordered today was delivered by a driver wearing no mask and no gloves. Called the store to inquire about the policy regarding covid-19. Assistant stated owner does not require any employee to wear a mask or wear gloves. No employees tested. If you are ordering from this place you are playing a death game. This virus is real and a business who offers delivery service should take this seriously or close down to prevent the spread.

This is our go to spot for gluten free pizza in Argyle. They are always reliable for great pizza and quick service.

Maybe the best Calzone I have had in Texas.

It's a small pizza joint but a lot better than dominos or papa johns. the calzones are huge and creamy and delicious. their pizzas are pretty decent too. this coming from 2 people from Chicago, so yea, pizza. quick and friendly service and good food. can't go wrong

Excellent pizza ... we ordered the supreme. My favorite is the garlic bread ... almost didn't have enough room for the pizza after munching out on it. Definitely one of the better pizza places I have tried in the DFW area.

First order was a couple pizzas. Not to bad. Delivery was really quick. Second order just wanted a sandwich. Ordered the classic italian sub. It comes with just the meat and cheese. Asked for lettuce tomatos and black olives. 1.50 each topping. A 7$ sub just jumped to 11. So i had them take off the veggies. Not paying 1.50 per topping. Ill give them one more chance. Edit: i will only return for the pizza. Although the sandwich tasted good the lack of veggies and small size is what did it in. Also the girl behind the counter was quite rude. A simple thank you would have prevented this.

They have really dialed it in over the past year. Pizza is great. My favorite local pizza.

I live in Argyle and this is the only restaurant that delivers to my house. However, I don't just order from Giovanni's because I'm too lazy to go out and pick up food; I order because their food is genuinely very good. The only issue I've ever had with one of their food items was the meatball sub. It was less than satisfactory and I could barely stomach more than a couple bites of it before it went in the trash. That hasn't stopped me from ordering delivery from Giovanni's just about every week, though.

I will continue telling people to try giovanni's pizza! Great taste, great prices. Are you hungry?!

Was driving thru Argyle stopped by to try the pizza . Top notch pizza and great staff. They have a wide variety in the store of great dishes. will be back next time coming thru...

Huge fan of Giovanni's. I order their 2-XL Pizza special when I'm looking for my pizza fix. I've eaten their pizza more times than I can count and it has always been above standard. I pick it up myself since I live relatively close, doing this maximizes the freshness. The staff has always been friendly to me and the owner really cares about making a quality product. This is the only place i order pizza from and will continue to do so. Give it a shot yourself.

The pizza is great, the prices are very fair and the owner is awesome to do business with. So happy to have this place in Argyle!

Good price for good pizza. I'm going to go back to try more of the menu. I had a personal pizza 8" it came with a salad for like 7 bucks. Pretty good. Soda by the can...oh well.

I was very happy to have pizza delivery and the first two last year were very good. Although the quality of the food continued to go downhill I continued to order from them because it's our only delivery option. I get the vegetarian pizza and if you're not an olive lover stay away from it ! That's the only thing you get a lot of. Although I did find three mushrooms on my large pizza last night. Where's the sauce?I asked for NO olives on half of the pizza last night but I guess they forgot because green ones were hiding under the cheese. It looked like they tried to go back and take the black ones off but it was full of green ones. I tried to get them off but the cheese came with it. I guess making a new one was out of the question. Needless to say, that was my last order from them.

We love Giovanni's! Fantastic crust and "just right" sauce, coupled with great toppings make it always a winner.

Ordered the meat lovers pizza and the 3 part appetizer (cheese bread, mozzarella sticks, and chicken wings). The only thing that didnt taste like cardboard was the chicken wings due to the barbecue sauce.

Totally surprised at the quality of service. I don't eat pizza much but this was really good.

Amazing home-made pizza and pasta ;) had a half meat lovers and a half supreme also a side of chicken parmesan pasta came out nice and hot you just can't beat the fresh ingredients and overall flavor of this place !!

I've been eating from this place for a while, sadly this is the second time I have seen someone get sick from it. The pizza specifically. It's not bad pizza. But I am not saying it's bad, just...dangerous

This place is a dump. Trust my review, you will not be impressed. The staff is lazy and obviously doesn't want to be there. Almost all of them were eating in the kitchen, disgusting and a health code violation. The uniform is apparently sweat pants and whatever dirty shirt they pull from the pile of soiled clothes in the back. I ordered the trio appetizer, cheese pizza, and a margarita pizza for dine in. All 3 arrived at the same time. The server was obviously stoned and looked at us like "you guys want plates?" We basically got 3 cheese pizzas, one had no sauce and one had tomatoes. What garbage! It's obvious the ownership is a joke if this is how their business is ran. Close their doors TODAY!!

Giovanni's has a great weekday lunch special. I quite enjoyed my pizza here and the staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating.

To me the staff and owner of the place are great poeple and easy to work with and are willing to listen if a problem ever does come up.

This is our local pizza joint in Argyle. A decent pizza with some decent deals (2XL for $19.99). They are basically the only food place that delivers in Argyle. Although, it is much quicker to pick it up. There is Dominos in Justin that will deliver. But, there is no comparison Giovanni's beats them in both taste and price with their specials. I wish I could say that this pizza is unique, wood fired, coal fired, or whatever the trend is. This is just some good hometown pizza and I do hope it continues to thrive.PLEASE LIKE THIS REVIEW IF IT WAS HELPFUL!

Love the pizza and lunch specials

The pizza is out of this world -- especially when piping hot out of the oven! The pepperoni is crisp on the edges, Italian sausage has a great flavor, full of Italian spices and the cheese is delicious! It strings out when you take a bite like the pizzas of old use to do.

Always perfect once or twice a week. My favorite pizza. 6.50 for a small (doesn't look small) pizza and salad lunch special. Great staff too.
